Wedding Wednesdays

I started a post mere seconds ago to tell you that I am worn slap out and to ask if would it be okay if we did Wedding Wednesdays tomorrow. I immediately felt guilty, erased the post, and here we are. Do you love me? Say you love me. Okay, thanks. I love you all too. If you knew how tired I was you would love me even more :)

I know I said that we would talk about Photography this week. Well to be honest with you, I am not sure why I said that because, uhhh, I don't really know anything about photography. I do know that my photographer was awesome and that she is hysterical ... you can check out her blog here. She can probably tell you more about the art of photography. I can tell you that a photographer is one thing that I definitely suggest splurging on. I am not big on traditional, posed pictures and I found the perfect person to convey what I wanted. I wanted natural, fun shots. I feel like I got them. She captured every single detail. I didn't have a videographer and I was slightly concerned about that but when I got my proofs back I knew that there was no need for one. When I look at my wedding pictures I am flooded with happiness and wonderful, wonderful memories. That is priceless. I get teary eyed just thinking about it. Here are some of my favorite shots:

Oh and no fancy borders tonight, girls. K?

This one of my dad and brother may be my favorite of all time. Seriously. How sweet is that?

A little golf course dip and kiss :)

I am most fond of pictures of me in which you cannot actually see my face!

(Okay ya'll, forget the tears - I am about to CUSS. It is taking appx. 3 minutes for each photo to upload. I am SCREAMING!)

Or when there is a little veil action!

This is the first time I had seen the Beau that day.

In front of the magnificent church.

Our oh-so-preppy wedding party! They are the cutest!

I guess the best man is giving the Beau some good advice before I walk down the aisle :)

Here I come!

And ... we are married! Whoo Hoo!

Okay kids, it is bedtime. I got you through the ceremony, can we finish the reception up tomorrow? Pretty please. It is now already Thursday so Wedding Wednesday is all jacked up anyways. I'll tell you what ... I will let you see this little video. But it is not staying up for long because it has our names on it. Only my avid reader friends will have the privilege! Night night!

Beautiful pictures - beautiful bride - you don't need to hide your face :-). The slide show was really fun to look at with the music.

I agree with you about photos. My hubby and I had a destination wedding in Jamaica. The resort photographer only really took those traditional shots. I wish I had more candid shots.

Even if it did sort of give you a mini stroke loading up all of the pics - I totally understand!

Thanks for thinking of me! I will have to go see those acorn candles. We know they won't cost as much as that bracelet.

Lurker coming out of the woodwork to let you know that video is just beautiful and I love the song. For some reason, I don't remember hearing it before. And the photos you posted are gorgeous! What wonderful memories to hold onto as you go through married life to your Beau!!

Amazing pictures!! I've been looking at blogs that include weddings (plus I'm a reader/lurker of your blog:))and this post came up. Do you mind sharing some insight about your hair for your wedding and how you got it to stay? My hair is just a bit longer than yours, and I don't think I want to wear it up, because I NEVER wear it up. I love the way yours looks with the front/bangs pulled back! I'm already worried about what I'm going to do with my hair and my wedding isn't until MAY! my email is molls3 *at* hotmail *dot* com if you don't mind emailing me! Thanks:)
