I'm dreaming of a white Christmas ~ with every Christmas card I write

I have been checking weather.com about, err, 10 times a day for the past 10 days just to see if there is any inkling of hope that there could possibly be a dramatic turn of events resulting in me seeing some snow between now and Christmas. Don't worry ... there is not. Today it is 72 and tomorrow will be 73 stupid-degrees. I am so jealous reading all of your blogs with beautiful pictures of white powder all over the ground. Couldn't we just get a couple of flakes?!? I really like living in Georgia near my family and friends but I also like seasons. I want to live where there is a distinctive winter, spring, summer and fall. And I don't like it to get over about 85 degrees - unless I am at the beach. I am living in the wrong state folks because none of my stipulations are being met here. If any of you just have a couple of seconds and would like to put a word in on my behalf to the Big Guy upstairs in regards to some snow I sure would appreciate it. Thanks!

xoxo~

Wouldn't a little snow in the South be fabulous?!

But with snow comes ice, which is messy and scary and supposed to hit my area tonight, yikes! I can't deny how pretty white snow is though!

I couldn't be happier that it is warm. There is something about being cold and wet that just doesn't please me.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who checks the weather forecast obsessively - I just really want some snow! I think ATL is out of luck this year!

GIRL - I am feeling you here! It was 32 yesterday and 62 today. We have no seasons, it's just whatever. Furthermore, I have never had a white Christmas or a white Thanksgiving or anything of a related semblance to anything making sense. We get one random icy day a year that does nothing but shut down schools.
Maybe we should handmake our snow!

Fingers crossed for you! You never know! It could SNOW!

I know how you feel. Right before I moved back to Tennessee this week people kept telling me about the snow. I even got calls saying it was in Houston and New Orleans and we should hit it on the way through. Nope. Not a single flake. Just a little bit of dirty snow left on the side of the road in MS but that's it. I'll be crossing my fingers we both get snow!
